As globalization of economy has thrown open tremendous employment opportunities for qualified computer professionals  hence in order to meet the growing demand of computer personnel the teaching of three years degree course in Computer Application has been started in M.L.T. College, Saharsa under B.N. Mandal University.

Admission

a. Application forms for Entrance Test shall be obtained at the office counter by depositing Rs. 500 only through demand draft or may be obtained by sending a self stamped and self-addressed registered  envelope along with dd of Rs. 500.

b. Applications received shall be processed according to the requisite qualifications and conditions.

c. Selected candidates will be called for interview. Final selection for admission shall be strictly on the basis of entrance test and interview.

d. The university reserves the right to take any decision in all matters of admission.

Reservation

Reservation of seats for admission shall be accordance with the state Govt’s rules B.N.M. University rules. In no cases, the percentage of reservation fixed by the State Govt. will exceed.

Eligibility for admission

Candidates passed the 12th or it’s equivalent, preferably with Mathematics/ Economics/ Commerce as a distinct subject, or any examination recognized by Academic Council as equivalent to their rule, with securing at least 45% marks in the aggregate.

BCA Course Fee Structure

Semester wise fees to be paid by the candidate shall be as follows. The course will run on self-finance basis. Fees may be revised by the university, if necessary.

Sc /St candidates will be allowed 20% concession in academic fee. Besides the above noted fees and charges, each candidate appearing in the University examination will be required to pay the prescribed examination fee of Rs. 500 to the University.

To start with 20% of the amount received from the student’s as Academic fee shall be transferred to the corpus, fund of the B.N.M University, Madhepura for the development of Department of Computer Applications. This proportion of the fee may be revised, if university desire to do so in charging circumstances.
